XRPBay

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of xrpbay.com and its pages and features (together, "XRPBay", "we", "us"). By using XRPBay you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What XRPBay is

XRPBay is an information and interface service for the XRP Ledger ("XRPL"), a public blockchain that XRPBay does not own, operate or control. XRPBay shows market data such as token prices, volumes, liquidity pools and order books, and lets you build transactions (for example swaps, orders, trust lines and liquidity pools) that you then review, sign and submit with your own wallet.

2. Non-custodial: you stay in control

  • XRPBay never holds, controls or has access to your funds, private keys, secret keys or recovery phrases.
  • Every transaction is approved by you in a third-party wallet (such as Xaman) and executed by the XRP Ledger, not by XRPBay. We cannot reverse, cancel, modify or refund a transaction once it has been signed.
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and devices and for checking every transaction, including the asset, amount, price and destination, before you sign it.
  • XRPBay will never ask for your secret key or recovery phrase. Anyone who does is attempting fraud.

3. No financial advice

Nothing on XRPBay is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Rankings, labels (including "verified"), charts, APR figures and other data are provided for information only. Do your own research and consult a qualified adviser where appropriate.

4. Risks you accept

Using digital assets and decentralized exchanges involves significant risk, including that you may lose all of the value you put in. In particular:

  • Volatility. Prices of XRP and tokens can change sharply and quickly.
  • Token risk. Anyone can issue a token on the XRPL. Tokens listed on XRPBay are not endorsed by us and may be worthless, illiquid, misleading or fraudulent. Issuers can change settings such as transfer fees or freezes.
  • Trading risk. Market orders can fill at a worse price than shown (slippage). Limit orders may never fill. Each open order and trust line locks an XRP reserve set by the ledger.
  • Liquidity pool risk. Providing liquidity to an AMM pool can result in impermanent loss. A starting price that differs from the market can be arbitraged away at your expense. APR figures are past results, not guarantees.
  • Technology risk. Wallets, the XRP Ledger, data providers and XRPBay itself may have bugs, outages or delays.

5. Data accuracy

Market data is read from the XRP Ledger and third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Names, logos and descriptions of tokens are published by their issuers or third parties and are not verified by us. Always confirm important information independently before you act on it.

6. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use XRPBay only if you are of legal age where you live and allowed to use such services under the laws that apply to you. You agree not to:

  • use XRPBay if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to EU or UN sanctions, or if you are a sanctioned person;
  • use XRPBay for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation or any other unlawful activity;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or gain unauthorized access to XRPBay or its systems;
  • copy or imitate XRPBay to deceive others, for example on look-alike domains.

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your transactions.

7. Third-party services

XRPBay links to and works with services we do not control, including wallets, block explorers and token issuers websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or actions.

8. Fees

XRPBay does not currently charge fees for using the site. Network fees, reserves and pool trading fees are set by the XRP Ledger and paid to the network or to liquidity providers, not to XRPBay. If we introduce fees, they will be shown before you sign a transaction.

Wallets may charge their own fees. For example, Xaman adds a service fee to some transactions, such as trades and liquidity deposits, and shows it in the app before you approve. Those fees are set and collected by the wallet provider, not by XRPBay.

9. Intellectual property

The XRPBay name, design and software are ours or our licensors'. Token names and logos belong to their respective owners. You may not reuse our branding without permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

XRPBay is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds, profits, data or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of XRPBay, from transactions you sign, or from the behaviour of the XRP Ledger, wallets, tokens or other third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.

12. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of XRPBay at any time. We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use XRPBay after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where needed, the laws of the EU Member State in which the operator of XRPBay is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
